What is SocialStation?  We get asked that a lot and to be honest, it's hard to come up with a single sentence answer!

The simplest answer is that we are a FUN group of young professionals that like to throw kick-ass parties from time to time and just let loose!!  There's no membership involved, no dues or fees to pay - however you do want to subscribe to our email list so you'll know when our events are coming.  Don't worry, we won't bombard you with multiple emails every week - we might send 2 a month max!

We're not a dating service or singles group, but we have lots of single hotties in our group - both girls and guys.  Our events are fun no matter what your relationship status!

We're not promoters like some of the cheeseballs you see promoting the same club every week, but we will do a one-time promotion at a bar or club every now and then, especially a new spot trying to get the word out.

Obviously, we are a web-based business and for the first few years we drew traffic by posting pictures and lots of different events to our website calendar, but with the popularity of Facebook and other online social networks in recent years our new mission has become less about the website itself and more about the events we host and co-host.  We still do post pictures from our events for your viewing enjoyment though, both on this website and on Facebook!  Join our Facebook page and become a fan!

Finally, we are a party-planning service.  Got a birthday coming up?  Have a bachelor/bachelorette party to plan?  Need to organize a fund-raiser?  Have a new spot that you want to introduce people to by throwing a party there?  Let us help!  Consider us your "Fun Concierge", and we can take care of everything for you including reservations, VIP lists, transportation, accomodations, the works!  Click here for our stats and contact info

One last thing, we are always looking for additional SocialStation Hosts!  What is a Host?  Well, primarily you would be involved with promoting our parties - meaning you bring lots of new faces to our parties and we give you the hook-up, plus you get to meet a lot of new people too.  This can be one-time gig or become a permanent.  We also occasionally hire "Butterflies" (which are basically promo girls) to work our events doing various jobs.  If you are interested in being a Host or Butterfly, please email Roger@SocialStation.net
